Matthew Gilchrist (Co-founder/Operations) - Matt has over 20 years’ experience within the loyalty and retention industry from the client plus agency perspective and has specialised in program development, management, lifecycle communication and engagement strategies. He has managed B2B & B2C programs for AGL, BP Australia and Retail Decisions before joining the Ambassador Card.

Martin McKinnon (Co-founder/Strategy) – Martin McKinnon has over 30 years experience in Strategy, Marketing, relationship creation and loyalty. He created and launched the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, later forming Service Partners, a 130-person company that ran Qantas’ Frequent Flyer call and service centre. Martin has also advised large Global clients (Virgin Mobile, Bank West, Air Asia, El Al Airlines) on customer loyalty as Managing Partner of Mojo Advertising and  Publicis Mojo Consulting.
